i am malay...err..well mal-dian to be exact

and yet, at least 3 people think i am

french-arab

let me take you through paris in the eye of moi.

the eiffel tower at night is just spectacular and romantic
undescribeable feeling
you have to be there to get what i mean
no wonder it is a city of romance
the feeling in the day is just so different
and yes, i did went up to the eiffel tower. well not exactly to the tip, just to the second viewing floor as there was strong wind on both days and they had to close the top viewing gallery. the wind was so strong and i can understand why. well it was still worth the 7.80 euro each on both times i went up

the view was just amazing albeit the strong wind. well my hair is short, hence you can't see how strong the wind is. heehee, it was 11 degrees.

and yes, i feel like a bird!!!!

i have a hard time spotting le meridien etoile, i did manage though to capture the wonder of god on camera. the ray was simply breathtaking

here i was, at the arc de triomphe. a monument built to remember the french revolution back in the 1800s. the breathtaking view and picture perfect snapshots, explains why

everyone loves this city!

picture above, is my favourite snapshot from paris. i love the reflection on the puddle.

this is the musee de lourve, made famous recently by being the location of the da vinci code the movie. i did not part 8.50 euro to see mona lisa though. am not an art freak. just spend some time, sitting down and enjoying the view, the people and the weather!

this is taken on my way to the cathedral of notre dame. yes, the hunchback of notre dame. i am on my search to find quasimodo and victor henry!

but instead, i end up finding picturesque view of the city

this is the interior of the cathedral. there are many things i don't understand in the cathedral, but hey, the things in there make good picture for postcards

i did sit in the church for about 30mins, not to pray of course, but to just rest my aching legs from all the walking. and it was just peaceful

till now, i am still uncertain why the 3rd figurine is headless. he is infact holding on to his head. one thing i am certain though, i did enjoyed paris during my two days there. though things are a bit steep there, i love the city. and it does help that when i was there, it was "solde" meaning sale in french. yeap, they have their great paris sale as well.

every where sale, with the exception of LV though!
